I work intuitively with each individual, understanding that each person’s needs, challenges and healing journey are unique.

Our minds and bodies are inextricably linked; Emotional stress affects our nervous, immune and hormone systems. Working with and understanding this connection can empower us to harness our own innate healing power. With my foundation in medicine and expertise in holistic therapies, I can support you to towards releasing blocks, restoring balance, and unlocking your innate healing potential. My goal is to foster post-traumatic growth, helping people move forward with resilience and clarity. I empower clients to take an active role in their healing process and move forward with confidence.

I support clients who might be navigating times of transition, growth, or challenges. I often work with healthcare professionals, caregivers and healers. Being one myself, I recognise the unique needs of this group who give so much to others.

My sessions are personalised to reflect your needs and preferences, using Reiki, Breathwork, EFT and IFS or a combination of these modalities. Along with your input, I draw on my expertise to determine the most supportive approach for your healing journey.

Breathwork

A powerful yet simple practice that uses intentional breathing techniques to manage anxiety, regulate the nervous system, release stored emotions and support emotional resilience. Often referred to as non-verbal talking therapy.

EFT and Matrix Reimprinting

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and Matrix Reimprinting are transformative, gentle tools designed to empower you to address negative patterns, unresolved emotions, and limiting beliefs in a way that is compassionate, safe, and non-invasive.

IFS THERAPY

Internal Family Systems Therapy is an evidence based modality, that views the mind as composed of distinct "parts" or sub-personalities, each with its own emotions and roles. Developed by Dr. Richard Schwartz, it focuses on healing wounded parts by accessing a compassionate core "Self" to bring internal harmony, rather than pathologising behaviours.

This is a beautiful modality as a stand alone, or in conjunction with the others I offer. It provides a framework for understanding any ‘wounded’ parts to facilitate healing; a very useful tool in processing trauma and catalysing lasting changes.

I am an IFS informed practitioner, and weave this into most of my work. I also offer IFS in isolation if this is your preference.

Reiki

Reiki originates from Japan. It focuses on balancing the body’s energy to promote overall well-being. The word “Reiki” can be translated as “universal life energy,” reflecting its purpose of chanelling positive energy to support the body’s natural ability to heal itself—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

During a Reiki session, a practitioner uses light touch or places their hands slightly above the body to help guide energy flow and remove any blockages. This process is deeply calming, creating a sense of relaxation and peace. Many people find that Reiki helps reduce stress, alleviate tension, and restore balance in their lives.

Reiki is often used to complement other forms of healing. It can provide comfort during challenging times, support emotional clarity, and even assist with chronic pain or fatigue. Whether you’re looking to recharge your energy, nurture your inner peace, or simply enjoy a moment of stillness, Reiki offers a soothing and uplifting experience.
